Single Contact IT Management – Integrity can be the single point of contact to manage all of your IT needs.  What this means is that your single point of contact can manage all of your other IT vendors like your website company, your accounting system company, and phone/internet company for you.  This gives you one point of contact to handle everything, and gives you one person to coordinate any new needs with instead of having to coordinate it with multiple vendors.  Our experience allows us to be your advocate for these other companies and ensures your company receives the right solution at the right price from these other vendors.

Technical Support – Integrity can support your point of sale systems, networks, hardware, peripherals (receipt printers, cash drawers, scanners, etc), and back office applications.  Any systems we are not familiar with we can learn and support.  We are available during normal retail hours for any emergency calls and will not charge you an “after hours” rate.
