We have knowledge of systems like Retail Pro, Microsoft RMS, and QuickBooks POS.  Some we have more experience in than others.  But part of our responsibilities as your outsourced IT company is staying on top of the major POS Systems; so we are continously getting our hands dirty learning these systems.
